At times of war or crisis, it's critical to ensure that the supply chain of food and basic necessities will function properly.

Examples include:

Supplying medications to pharmacies

Production and distribution of basic food items at bakeries and factories, as well as dairy farms

Keeping supermarkets and pharmacies open to the public

Functioning utilities such as water, electricity, phone connectivity and internet

You will be paid for your work and in addition

you will receive a special bonus of up to 2,000 NIS

based on the eligibility criteria established for the program

FAQ's

When will I be called to work?
We hope there won’t be a need, but if there is a large-scale call-up for reserved soldiers, we will need workers to fill essential roles, and perform various manual tasks. In such a scenario, we will reach out to you and ask for your contribution.

If I register, am I obligated to come regardless of my situation?
No, registration is without commitment on your part and serves only as an expression of personal commitment to assist in essential work when needed, should you be able to do so.

Who can join the initiative?
Anyone aged 18 and up.

 

What types of work can I expect to be asked to do? Factory work, harvesting, agricultural work, packaging, shop worker and heavy vehicle driving.

 

Is prior experience required for these jobs?
No, these are jobs you can start immediately, with no prior training.
